When you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, check your spam folder or filtering settings—if afterward it is still not found, please contact eric@rollercam.com.

Shipping

Some of our cams are handsewn in Utah before they are packed up with care and mailed off to you. Our aim is to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship using USPS, and most orders are received 2 -3 business days after they are shipped.

Locations

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States and do not offer shipping on international orders. If you are an international wholesaler looking to carry Rollercams®, please contact eric@rollercam.com.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away so we can make it right: eric@rollercam.com.

Damages

Any major damages should be documented when received so that we may assess where the damages are done and how we may remedy the problem right away.
