Eligibility

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a registered business with the intent to resell our products, either in-store or online. Personal use orders do not qualify.

Payment Terms

Our standard terms are Net 60. Payment is due 60 days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspended wholesale privileges.

Shipping

All wholesale orders are FOB Origin – this means you (the retailer) are responsible for shipping costs. We can ship using your account or invoice you for actual shipping charges.

Dropshipping

We offer drop shipping via Shopify Collective. Please reach out evan@rollercam.com for details.

MAP Policy

We enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) equal to MSRP. Retailers must not advertise our products below this price online or in print. Consistent violations may result in termination of wholesale privileges.

Reselling / Third-Party Platforms

Reselling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is not allowed without prior written consent. We reserve the right to control the representation of our brand in online spaces.

Returns and Exchanges

All wholesale purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
