30-Day Returns
Not happy with your order? Return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
To start a return, log into your account and submit a return request, or email info@rollercam.com and we'll handle it for you.
Outside the Return Window
Past 30 days? Log into your account to submit a return request or email info@rollercam.com with your order details. We handle extended returns on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item? Email info@rollercam.com right away with your order number and we'll sort it out fast.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, document it before unpacking further. Photos help us assess quickly. Email info@rollercam.com with your documentation and we'll take care of it.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. You'll be notified by email when your refund is issued.
