If you’re wondering how to use the best new moto-tie down system, you’ve come to the right place. Grab a seat and let us tell you how to use your new favorite piece of gear.
Step 1: Set Your Anchor Points
Locate two strong, fixed anchor points in your truck bed, trailer, or moto hitch setup. Attach a carabiner securely to each side to create your tie-down base.
Step 2: Position Your Bike and Soft Shackles
Roll your motorcycle or adventure bike into position between the anchor points. Place the orange soft shackle loops over each handlebar, ensuring they sit securely and evenly.
Step 3: Stabilize and Compress the Suspension
Stand at the front of the bike and gently stabilize the front tire between your knees for control. Then pull each Rollercam® strap evenly on both sides to begin compressing the front suspension.
Step 4: Lock In the Tension and Secure the Load
Use the Rollercam® cam buckle system to fine-tune tension until the bike is firmly stabilized. Check both sides to ensure even pressure, then confirm all connections are tight and secure before transport.
Final Check Before You Ride
Give the bike a firm shake to confirm stability. Make sure there is no excessive movement and that both straps are evenly tensioned. Once everything is locked in, your motorcycle is ready for safe, damage-free transport.
